Facilitator:
Lynsey Allison
Director of LA Potential
Lynsey is an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Facilitator with over 20 years of experience working for a range of organisations in various leadership and operational roles, in both the UK and Australia. Lynsey has a depth of knowledge across human resources, specialising in learning and development, organisational coaching, leadership development, talent management, psychological assessment, change management and organisational development.
During this time Lynsey worked for a range of corporate and government organisations, including being a Senior HR Advisor and Senior Project Officer for NSW Department of Communties and Justice as well as a Consultant to NSW Health providing career development strengths coaching utilising the Cifton Strengths tool.
In addition to coaching and facilitating, Lynsey has been engaged on a number of assessment projects for various government departments including the Australian Antarctic Division, DCJ and other state and federal departments.
Lynsey is an experienced Leadership and Performance Coach with a Masters in Coaching Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), trained in line with the International Coaching Federation competencies and code of conduct and ethics. She is also a member of the British Psychological Society.
Lynsey is currently working with a number of clients here in Australia providing leadership and performance coaching and provides leadership development coaching across the United States for a large organisation.
Lynsey is passionate about helping leaders work with their strengths, increase confidence and take their performance to the next level, while maintaining a high level of wellbeing.
