About the program

A unique interactive learning experience which takes you from identifying the issues, through new and innovative co-design and consultation processes, required analysis and feasibility studies, and finally to funding decisions, to implementation and review.

Led by a former head of strategy and policy in Commonwealth and State agencies, this workshop is a must for anyone responsible for or interested in developing their strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, collaboration and negotiation skills.
